The Sightseeing Red Trains is the original sightseeing tour company of the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, Florida. Since 1953, millions of visitors from the United States and the rest of the world have discovered the very special and unique historical significance of St. Augustine while sightseeing on the distinctive Red Trains. The narrated historic tour runs continuously, circling the historic downtown district with stops at all the top attractions.
At night, we host the Ripley Ghost Train. Upon arrival you'll be loaned an electromagnetic field device to assist in detecting unusual energy activity and a free camera to record your experience. These will be your ghost-hunting tools as we take you on a train tour to the most haunted areas of the nation's oldest city.
Your hosts will thrill and chill you with tales of St. Augustine's haunted history followed by a half hour of exploration in the dim lights of the Castle Warden, complete with creaky stairs and ancient artifacts from all corners of the world!
While orbs, energy ribbons, or EMF spikes of energy can't be guaranteed, you can certainly count on a unique evening's experience.
