There are different instructions for password resets for Mac and Windows computers. Also, the instructions vary if you are onsite connected directly to the Ripley’s network or offsite. After you updated your password, remember to update all of your mobile devices with the new password to avoid account lockouts.
*Note: New password must be At Least 8 Characters and Contain One number One capitol letter and one Special Character.

Desktop: Windows
In Office
Windows computer connected to Ripley’s network.
Perform the following steps to change your password on a Windows computer while on the Ripley’s network.
1.) To change the password using a PC: press ctrl+ alt+ delete and you will see a screen similar to this:
2.) Choose “change password” on the following screen.
Out of Office
Windows computer offsite
To change your password while you are offsite with your Windows computer perform the following.
1.) Log into your computer with your current password.
2.) Log into Cisco anyconnect VPN with your current password.
3.) While connected to vpn press control + alt +delete and select “Change a password” on the following screen.
4.) Change your password on a screen similar to the following.
5.) After changing your password please restart your computer.
6.) Also update your password on every mobile device.
Desktop: Mac
In Office
Mac computer connected to Ripley’s network.
To Change the password using a MAC: Please follow the instructions below.
1.) Open System Preferences as seen below and choose Users and Groups.
2.) Highlight your account name (current user) and click “Change Password…”
3.) Enter your current password and new password. Then click “Change Password”
4.) Restart your computer.
5.) Also update your password on every mobile device.
Out of Office
Mac Computer Offsite
To change your password while you are offsite with your Mac computer perform the following.
1.) Log into your computer with your current password.
2.) Log into Cisco anyconnect VPN with your current password.
3.) Open System Preferences as seen below and choose Users and Groups.
4.) Highlight your account name (current user).
5.) Enter your current password and new password and click “Change Password…”
6.) Click “Change Password” for the change to take effect.
7.) Restart your computer.
8). Also update your password on every mobile device.
No Company Computer (e.g. franchisee)

Instructions for changing your password via website:
In your browser go to https://mail.ripleys.com
1.) Login using you old username and password in the following format:
Username: Ripleys\username
Password: xxxxxxxx
2.) On the next screen select the gear from the Upper right hand corner.
3.) Select Change Password.
4.) Enter your old password and your new password twice.
5.) Select save.
6.) Also update your password on every mobile device.
Mobile: Apple Device
iPhone. iPad, etc.
Changing Password on Apple Device
Perform the steps below to hange your email password in the Apple Mail App
1. On your iPhone, go to your Settings app
2. Scroll down to Accounts and Passwords
3. Select your Ripley’s email account
4. Tap on your email account
5. Update the password in the field.
Mobile: Android Device
Phone, Tablets, etc.
Change Password on Android Device
Perform the following steps to update your password on an android device.
There are many different android devices and email apps, there will be some differences with your particular setup. If you have specific questions, please do not hesitate to call IT.
1.) Inside of your mail app select settings.
2.) Select your work account and on the following screen scroll down to select incoming settings.
3.) Enter in your new password in the password field then select done.
4.) Select “Done”.
